 My tuner just keeps blinking orange

This happens when the tuner can't make a connection with the controller. Here are the issues we've run into.

• You may not have an E-Z-GO RXV, you might have a TXT or other model that the tuner can't establish a connection with. Please feel free to email us your serial number and we can look your model for you.

• You've plugged the tuner into a a black round diagnostics port, if you haven't already unplug the tuner immediately! You will need to purchase a diagnostics port repair kit.

My tuners lights don't turn on

This means your tuner has no power. Here are the most common problems were aware of.

• You've plugged the tuner into a a black round diagnostics port, if you haven't already unplug the tuner immediately! You will need to purchase a diagnostics port repair kit.

• You skipped step 1 in the instructions. Unplug your cart from the charger and turn the key to N.

• Your square white port may be damaged, this typically only happens with lead acid carts or carts that used to be lead acid.You will need to purchase a diagnostics port repair kit.

• You've plugged the tuner into a white square diagnostics port that only has three wires going to it. This is an adapter that E-Z-GO installs on some fleet carts. Follow that wire back towards the controller about 6 inches and you'll find a black round diagnostics port. You will need to purchase a diagnostics port repair kit.
