Quick Shipping
We do our best to ship every order the next business day (and almost always within 2 business days). -
Carriers
Orders ship with USPS unless another method is chosen at checkout. -
Tracking Updates
As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for USPS to show the first scan. -
Once It Leaves Us
After USPS picks up your order, it’s in their hands. We don’t have control over their delivery times or delays, but we’re happy to help if you run into trouble. -
Marked as Delivered
If USPS shows your package as delivered to the address provided, our responsibility ends at that point. If your package can’t be found, please check with neighbors, your local USPS office, or file a theft report if needed. We’ll help in any way we can on our side too. -
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. If a package comes back to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll just ask you to cover the re-shipping cost. -
Lost or Delayed Packages
Delays and lost packages are rare, but if it happens, let us know. We’ll gladly help you start an inquiry with USPS to track it down.
