Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Tuner Returns

FastRXV tuners may be returned within the 30-day return period, including tuners that have been connected to a vehicle.

Before returning a tuner that has successfully programmed a vehicle, the vehicle must first be returned to its original/stock tune.

For our current tuners, we can verify the tune status directly from the tuner. A solid green light on the large LED indicates that the vehicle has been returned to its stock tune and the tuner is eligible for return.

If the tuner was unable to communicate with or program the vehicle, that information is also recorded by the tuner and will not prevent the item from being returned.

A tuner that shows a vehicle is still programmed with a FastRXV tune is not eligible for a refund until the vehicle has been returned to stock.

Return Condition

Returned products should include the tuner and any accessories originally included with the purchase. Products that have been physically damaged, modified, opened, tampered with, or damaged through improper installation or connection may not be eligible for a full refund.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by FastRXV or a defective product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed to by FastRXV.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product or believe your product is defective, please contact us before returning it. We’ll work with you to troubleshoot the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to post the refund after it has been processed.
