Plugging the square connector of the Tuner into a black round port on the cart can potentially damage the controller. Please ensure that you only plug our Tuners into white square ports.

 

 

Easy installation! 

  1. Turn the cart off
  2. Plugin the tuner to the diagnostics port
  3. Turn the cart on and wait for a solid orange light
  4. Turn the cart off and unplug the programmer

Takes longer to find the diagnostics port than it does to program the cart!

FROM 21 MPH TO 28 MPH!!

I just bought a 2024 RXV Elite with 20-inch-tall tires in December. it would do 21 mph. I just installed the stage 2 tuner and now I get 28 mph! and accelerator pedal is more precise, as well.
My RXV has a battery monitor system that is always plugged into the diagnostics port. You just unplug the bms and plug in the stage 2 tuner. But don't forget to plug the bms back in when you are done with the tuner.
