Plugging the square connector of the Tuner into a black round port on the cart can potentially damage the controller. Please ensure that you only plug our Tuners into white square ports.



Easy installation! 

  1. Turn the cart off
  2. Plugin the tuner to the diagnostics port
  3. Turn the cart on and wait for a solid orange light
  4. Turn the cart off and unplug the programmer

Takes longer to find the diagnostics port than it does to program the cart!

Huge shout out to Curt at FastRXV! After initially making a huge mistake that damaged by controller when installing my conversion pigtail, I attempted to flash my tuner. The damage had already been done and the tuner was locked to my old controller at this point. I had to order a replacement to get my cart running again. Curt was more than willing to send out a replacement tuner so I could use it on the replacement controller since these tuners are essentially one time use.

As far as the product goes, its absolutely as advertised. My cart had freedom mode when I got it and I wanted a little bit more. It would run about 23 with just freedom mode. When I got the replacement controller, I was missing freedom mode and was hitting about 15-16mph. Once I put the stage 2.5 tuner on there, I am back to where I was plus some extra. Around 28mph or so.

ended up with a custom tune

My '23 RXV came dealer installed with a rather small 50ah lithium battery and i live in a very hilly subdivision.. in an effort to keep the BMS from overloading and shutting down they wrote me a custom tune that maintains the factory torque limiting but still runs over 32mph on 14" wheels and low profile street tires. Easy company to work with, easy process, i couldn't be happier!

Performance is as advertised

My 2021 EZ-GO RXV Elite topped out at 23mph w/ 20.5" diameter tires. Now, with the Stage 2 tuner, it will hit 31mph. The acceleration is a little better, but the top-end speed increased by 35%. Extremely easy to apply, took longer to open the seat and locate the diagnostic port than to apply the update. Well worth the money.
